Temperature Controllers at D1

T controller for solution shearing stage: Omega CN8200 series

Typical use:

The upper panel displays the actual temperature.
The lower panal displays the setpoint.
To change the setpoint: use the up-down arrows.

Tuning (only for expert users)

Usually the T-controller is optimized for operating at 75 degC, and the range of 50degC to 100degC should work fine.
Typical behavior: if going up from 50 degC to 70 degC, the controller overshoots by 1 deg and then undershoots about 0.5 deg and then stabilizes.

Entering the set-up menu: press @ for 3 sec
By pressing @ briefly, it cycles through the set-up menu (top panel)
Use = to cycle through the submenu (bot panel) - the panel shows the menu item and its value alternatingly
To change a value of the submenu use the up/down buttons.

CN9000A controller - Vladimir's cell

Typical use:

To change the setpoint, hold down the left button (@) and push the up or down button as desired.

Tuning (only for expert users):

The temperature annealing cell is build for 50degC to 150 degC in inert atmosphere (helium, nitrogen)
The controller is optimized for 100 degC. At 50 degC is will overshoot the setpoint by about 2deg (the low-T int parameter needs to be reduced.).
