After deciding that the ECLOUD simulation for the 32-bunch 0.8 ma
ECLOUD simulation for the 10 June 2009 4-ns data should be included
to establish some confidence in the result, I realized that
the plots for the Dec 2009 measurements should also include
these measurements, rather than the 45-bunch 14ns measurements
from Feb 2009. 

So I abandoned the directory 21dec09 and moved to the 6jan10. 
The directory 21dec09 contains all the comparisons to the
Feb 2009 data, which were never shown.
