Folks,
the meeting today produced the following items to try:
10x4
1. Verify orbit and phase.
2. Turn off sextupoles and try injecting with pretzel.
3. Vary "DC septum" and pulsed septum.  This had been done, but perhaps they were not changed the large amount predicted.
4. Check pulsed bump closure and magnitude.
5. Try adjusting EXF septum 1 position (and angle?)
6. First turn orbit
11x4
1. Try 11x4 to see if tune plane quadrant is the main difference.

Some time may be available on the Friday owl for a stab at these.
Jim is planning on adding his notes from the meeting.
Please add new ideas or anything we forget.
Thanks,
--Mike
