Scan initialization
- Lrbbi turned off. The tunes are set after pretzel and vert are closed with
beambeam at IP off and
then closure is checked. Also, a bug that displaced beams at the IP is fixed.
_and_layout - includes real physical apertures. Except for lowest band at
lowest horizontal tune, no particles are lost.
