AC Dispersion Measurement
Analysis of dispersion phase data
(last updated April 27, 2008)
Take phase with CESRV.
Run cesr29::[cesr.cesrv.dlr.test]cesrv_cl to write a file with vertical and horizontal phase and amplitude at synch tune
- This reads the phase data file phase.#####, and writes out phase_amp.##### with phase and amplitude for longitudinal data.
~dlr./development7/ac_eta/measurement reads the phase_amp.##### file (and a reference if you have one).
- Fits the model horizontal longitudinal c12 to the horizontal data to determine the longitudinal amplitude (emittance) and phase. (2 parameters).
- Detectors can be vetoed
- Writes measured/fitted longitudinal-horizontal, and longitudinal-vertical c matrix at each detector to fort.34
- Writes model longitudinal-horizontal, and longitudinal-vertical c matrix at each detector to fort.44
- Writes measured-model longitudinal-horizontal, and longitudinal-vertical c matrix at each detector to fort.54
- Plot data with c12.gnu

- Fit overall z-amp scale and phase offset to match horizontal data
- Then use fitted scale and offset to extract vertical data
