⁶³In 2 Cor 11:25, written in the summer of 57, the apostle speaks of three shipwrecks that he had previously been involved in. Yet Acts describes only a single one that would occur later, on Paul’s way to Rome. Therefore, it can be assumed that he was caught in a dangerous gale not long before that.
