Using the Poisson interpolation grid we get completely unreasonable fits. (Gains --> 0 and offsets --> full button signal). Fitting with wire_calc grid yields similar results...
It is apparent that the changes in vbump 30 did not affect the beam. It is not clear why this happened. The bump was closed using CESRv prior to taking data, at which point it appeared closed. In retrospect, after the power glitch and the machine was restarted the biggrp with the closed bumps was likely not loaded. This would explain the lack of closure on the horizontal bumps as well.
