Tune scans using ~dlr/development8_linux/bin/tune_scan. Introduce sextupole errors at the specified levels using ring_ma, where 100% is taken to be K2 = 1.2. No other misalignments are introduced at this time.
Use standard amplitudes:
Color scales: x_cutoff = 2.5; y_cutoff = 2.5.
A finer scan (dQ = 0.001, rather than 0.002) over the same region is shown below:
The finer scan reveals more structure not visible in the original scan. Try increasing resolution once more (dQ = 0.0005):
