Using Bengtsson's resonance formalism, and starting with the 2fam version of cta_2085mev_20090516.lat, optimize the sextupoles.
Try increasing the weight on chromaticity by an order of magnitude, to drive it towards 1 in both x and y. Leave all other constraints the same.
