2010.05.03 - New Sextupoles

Starting with DLR's sextupole distribution, try two new optimization schemes:

• Remove constraints on h11001, h00111 (chromaticity-driving terms) and optimize
• Remove above constraints, and additionally drive xi.x and xi.y toward 0.5; optimize.

DLR Sextupole Distribution

Remove h11001, h00111

Remove h11001, h00111; xi.x, xi.y driven toward 0.5

Drive xi.x, xi.y toward 0.0

For completeness, repeat, starting with DLR's sextupole distribution and driving xi.x, xi.y to 0.5, but this time drive chromaticities to zero. (Everything else identical.)
