KEK-style gain map program now capable of importing turn-by-turn data sets. Fit data sets RD-001893.dat, RD-001894.dat using both KEK-style gain map and DLR-style gain map. Compare resulting fitted gains. Renormalize DLR fitted gains such that the gain on b1 is unity.
