Increase weight on alpha.xx,xy,yy and xi(2).x,y by 50%.
Comparing to the best distribution to date (2010.05.04), we find that the new distribution has reduced the strength of a few synch sidebands of coupling resonances at the cost of increasing the strength of the main resonances (and synch sideband of the Qx half-integer). Overall, it appears the original 2010.05.04 distribution is still the best to date.
