From simulations and measurements, we can anticipate tune shifts down a train of bunches on order of 10kHz for both Qx and Qy. For the NORM lattice, and for both the 2fam and optimized (2010.05.04) sextupole distributions, do a frequency map analysis on the shifted tunes. Use the original working point of (0.571, 0.628).
Note that for the actual electron cloud effect, the tune shifts occur due to ecloud build-up in drifts and bends. A more accurate simulation of this effect would be to superimpose a quad-like field on all drifts and bends proportional to their contributions to the ecloud tuneshift.
