2010.08.25 - Quadrupole Errors for Tune Scans, Frequency Maps
For BIGD and NORM lattices, with 2fam/optimized sextupole distributions, introduce quadrupole
errors at the following levels (RMS):
- 125 microns vertical offset
- 220 micro-radian tilts
- 1.5e-4 m**-2 K1 errors (corresponds to RMS phase error of ~0.57deg, a typical correction level
for quads)
For each lattice, introduce errors and correct with skew quads and vertical steerings. Then
run tune scan and frequency map analyses.
