Using the 2010.05.04 NORM sextupole optimization as a starting point, set a target alpha_yy of -7656 (as computed from the wiggler Taylor map) to negate vertical amplitude-dependent tuneshift contributions from the wigglers. Decrease weighting on alpha_ij terms by 10x.
