Starting with ideal lattice, qtune to a working point in quadrant (Qx,y > 0.5) = (0.570,0.630). Set this as default working point for these studies. Using qtune_match elements, run a tune scan over the range (0.5-1.0) in both Qx and Qy.

Ideal lattice, init_vec = (2mm,0,2mm,0,2.5mm,0)

Choose these amplitudes based off of initial emittance of 1 um*rad in both x and y, and use betas at BEGINNING marker.

Misaligned lattice (2pm emit.y), init_vec = (4.1mm,0,8.9mm,0,5.0mm,0)

Choose these amplitudes based off of initial emittance of 1 um*rad in both x and y, and use betas at BEGINNING marker. Misalignments applied to lattice such that zero-current emittance is 2pm.
