From the table, one can notice that by using either new Dalitz or new Photos, the efficiency will be increased. However, if we use both of them, the increase is not that obvious. It seems that there are some 'interference' between these to factors. Another thing to mention is that the efficiency of the new photos distinguish between D+ and D-, while the old photos had the same eff value for the D+ and D-, although their errors are the same.
