How to restart the server and so on ?
- Stop the HV server on c3lnx117, stop the telnet boxes and the hv ping
gui,
- log on to lnxon12 as cleo31, or just use the console where the
event display is running,
- get a xterm,
- fire up the hv server
$runHV
- Open the 'Session Manager' and ramp up the hv

GUI->components->HV: GUI->Open ... (2 for current and voltage each)
- test the telnet boxes from lnxon12
$telent 192.168.2.80 (81, 82)
- test the hv ping gui by starting it on lnxon12
