We have a block of rooms reserved at Hotel Ithaca under Tye Fest at discounted rate of $114/night + tax. Please call the hotel and make your own reservation.

We are planning to have 3 full days of talks, with the program starting with breakfast at 9am on Saturday morning, and ending Monday afternoon. We recommend a Friday arrival and Tuesday departure to and from Ithaca.

Talks will be held in 401 Physical Science building (PSB) on the Cornell campus. Hotel Ithaca provides a free shuttle to bring you to the Cornell campus. In addition there is very convenient public transportation. The bus number 10 leaves every 6 minutes two blocks from the hotel and takes 10 minutes to the Goldwin Smith Hall stop which is directly in front of the Physical Science building (PSB). Bus number 30 leaves in the morning every 15 minutes (starting on the hour) just 200m from the hotel and reaches the Rockefeller Hall stop right in front of the PSB building in less than 10 minutes. The bus fare is $1.50 and exact change is required. For further information please see the TCAT homepage. Finally, the walk between the hotel and the Physical Sciences Building can be pleasant and scenic, but be advised that when going uphill it could take 40 minutes, depending on your aerobic capacity. Returning to the hotel involves a comfortable 25 minute walk.
