| The present e+e- B Factories have luminosities
in the range 1 to 4 x 10**33/cm**2/s. Present upgrade plans have a good
chance to get these accelerators to the few x 10**34/cm**2/s level. There
are upgrade studies underway to get the accelerators to approach 10**35/cm**2/s.
Separately, there are studies starting to look at new accelerator layouts
to take advantage of advances learned in the present machines to allow the
luminosity to approach 10**36/cm**2/s. These upgrades and possibilities
will be discussed. |
