apart.  The order of modes is given near the top of the file, starting at

Add more comparison tables

Message from Werner:

These tables are very useful, but would it be possible to add two
more?  Ultimately, what we're interested in is the efficiency ratio
eff(no FSR)/eff(with FSR) for single and double tags, compared between
56/pb and 281/pb.
