October 1, 2020:
This project follows the NSF fiscal year structure (October through September). Cornell is preparing amendments for the Year 2 budget period (10/1/2020 to 9/30/2021). In the meantime, Cornell initiated No Cost Extensions (NCE) for all the awards on this project. The NCE will extend the award end date to 9/31/2021 to allow time for Cornell to initiation amendments with Year 2 Statements of Work (SOWs) and funding. All of the NCEs have been issued and most are finalized.
The FY21 rate update was implemented in P6 in late August. The new rates will be used to generate Year 2 (FY21) Statements of Work and budgets.
