Monthly and Annual Reports
NSF has mandated that the CMS MREFC project team employ Earned Value Management and report project performance metrics on a monthly basis. Project leaders (L1s, L2s, CAMs, and project controls staff) prepare a detailed report, and NSF program managers review and discuss these reports with the Deputy Project Manager each month.
A similar annual progress report is also prepared. Monthly and annual reports are filed in the CMS document database at CERN.A CERN account and membership in the CERN us-cms-all user group are required to view these documents in the CERN docdb.
