Blocks of rooms have been reserved at the two hotels listed below. Shuttle buses will be provided morning and evening between both hotels and the meeting site on campus.

Forty rooms are blocked in the tower for the nights of 5/27/15 - 5/29/15 at a nightly rate of $149.00. Forty rooms are also blocked in the main hotel for the nights of 5/27/15 - 5/29/15 at a nightly rate of $129.00. We have an additional twenty rooms blocked in both the tower and the main hotel for the night of May 30 for those who are departing on Sunday, 5/31.

Guests are to make their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly and asking for rooms reserved under US-CMS Workshop to receive the discounted rate. Reservations must be made by Monday, 4/27/15. Rates and availability cannot be guaranteed for reservations received after this date.

We also have ten rooms reserved for 5/30 at a nightly rate of $159.00 for those who are departing on Sunday, 5/31. In addition, for PIs attending the PI meeting on Wednesday May 27th, we have reserved 30 additional rooms for the previous night, Tuesday May 26th.
