The meeting will be held in 700 Clark Hall and other rooms in the Clark-PSB complex on Cornell's main campus.

The picnic will be at Robert Treman State Park. There is an option to have busses let you off at the TOP and you walk 2.4miles to the barbeque site at the BOTTOM. ("Lower North Pavilion"). Here is the park map:

Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the hotels to the Workshop.

Parking:

Parking spaces on campus will probably be more available than usual since the USCMS meeting occurs after graduation and before reunion season. Nevertheless, parking is never cheap, and you don't want to make mistakes because parking fines are steep.

We suggest that you check out the following web pages. Your best bet is probably to park in the "Parkmobile" lots where you can use a credit card in a nearby machine to generate a ticket. (Be sure to put it on you dashboard, face up.) You can also download a smartphone app that will do things like remind you when your time is about up, allow you to extend it, pay with paypal, etc. None of us has direct experience with this, but presumably the system works as advertised.

Here are some essential links:

1) parking in general: Parking at Cornell.

2) parkmobile: ParkMobile - parking options for Visitors.

3) a table listing all parkmobile lots, with GPS coordinates to locate them. Where to find the parking lots. [Note: the GPS coords of the Clark Hall physics building where the meeting takes place are: 42.449846, -76.481103]
