Update RICH_Lo_Rmp

HVConstants.py update RICH_Lo_Rmp

The rate has been set to lower since then. So, just get rid off this tag from the table list.

Add the HVMUOnly in the table list on Wikipage

Tested the board #8

Still the same problem. channle 20 draws no current.

Message from John Dobbins:

I think there are two possibilities.

1) ADC has a bad channel.

2) The output relay on that channel is not working properly.

We should rule out possibility (2) by independently measuring the load
current when we attach a load to this channel.

Depending on your set-up you may already be doing this. I'll stop by
and you can describe the test set-up to me in a little more detail.

For example, can you disable the other channels on the same bulk
supply?

Then

 a) bulk also reads zero with load because relay is bad (i.e. load not
really connected)

 or

 b) bulk reads expected current but channel still reads zero -> bad
ADC

Tested the channel 20 by disabling the other channels. The result is that bulk also reads zero. So the load is not really connected.

Message from John:

Sounds like the ADC is OK. The relay could be bad or the
cable/load could be bad. Can you try the cable/load on a different
bulk on this board or on a different board?

Label the cables and replugged them into the load. Test the cables are OK. Need schematics to diagnose.

Test board #8

Ji suggested to swap the 5th channel with the others and test that again. Before doing that, I made a normal test. All of the channels are getting normal this time. I tested all of the three bulks and they all functioning well.

Then I kept the high voltage - 2100V - on the bulk 2, after about 3 minutes, the bulk reported trips on the terminal window. I tried relatively lower voltage, i.e. 500V, 1500V, they were all OK. Finally, I retested it for 2100V, and bulk tripped after 3 minutes again. No individual channel trip noticed.

Board

Message from John:

The circuitry that generates the HV has two portions. The low voltage
portion shown on sheet 9/10 of Drawing 1469-1 and the rectifier stack
on sheet 3/4 of drawing 1469-1N&P.

We will need to examine signals with the board fully assembled and HV
on. Are the components on sheet 9/10 of Drawing 1469-1 accessible with
the board assembled?

Update Tag HVTest_DRZD_Fill_B500

Message from Dan:

The DRCA should be set to 370 for both Fill and Run for any
kind of run configuration, unless the DR is turned off. If the DR is
off, the DRCA should be off.

HVConstants.py update HVTest_DRZD_Fill_B500

Test board

Bulk Ch 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 Total
34.4 4.31 4.27 4.28 5.18 4.29 4.23 4.25 4.25 35.06

The Ch19 has higher current than others. The "Total" means add up all the eight channels' current. As the Total current is higher than the bulk current, it means they are measuring independently.

Bulk Ch 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 Total
34.1 4.22 4.21 4.25 4.19 4.20 4.18 4.20 4.20 33.65

It indicates that the load is OK.
