Clean the Mainframes

Ryan and I vacuumed the HV mainframes today. We uncovered the top covers on the West and East mainframes, but for the RICH one, since there were too many stuff on top of the cover, we vacuumed it from the back of the mainframe instead.

Received two repaired HV boards

Fix Trips

During the cosmic run test this afternoon, we found one trip during the FILL, another two during the RUN stage. I went down the pit and debug them:

1. Take Sector 3 off. -> 2000V OK 2. Take Sector 4 off -> 2000V OK 3. Put Sector 3 and 4 on -> Trip 2000V 4. Use 1.1.0 jump to the other bus connector to power Sector3 and 4 -> OK. 5. Use 1.1.1 connect to the same bus connector to power -> OK. Fixed.

So, the connector in bus was bad.

1. Remove the jumper connecting to L45 -> 2100V OK. 2. Replace another jumper -> 2100V OK. Fixed.

So, the jumper was bad.

1. Reproduce the trip -> 2100V OK. A fake trip. Done.

Then I tested from the CLEO counting room for FILL and RUN, it's OK now.

Test Board #17 and #46

It is recognized now.

Bulk 0: 2100V, 34.5Au, 4.25uA/ch OK. Bulk 1: Ch8 trips at 1300V, current is 0 all the time. Others are OK. Bulk 2: 2100V, 34.5uA, 4.25uA/ch OK.

Recognized now.

Bulk 0: 2100V, 34.7uA, 4.25uA/ch OK. Bulk 1: 2100V, 34.5uA, 4.26uA/ch OK. Bulk 2: 2100V, 35.1uA, 4.27uA/ch OK.

Fix the issue of DR L39, Sector 25 zero current

DR AnodeLayer 39, Sector 25 along with DR AnodeLayer 42, Sector 25 DR AnodeLayer 42, Sector 26 DR AnodeLayer 42, Sector 27

are powered by HVEast S5S1.22. From the terminal window, it looks that this channel has zero current when the voltage is 2100V. So, I just jumpered the power from the above one, i.e. S5S1.21.

Now, the constant map need to be updated accordingly.
